On leaving Sydney Australia in 2013 with a heavy heart after 22 years, I found myself in New York City in need of a space to work in. Providence and some wonderful new friends provided me with the Greenwich House Pottery Studio and it has seen the start of a new body of work in clay and porcelain. Still working mainly with animal forms, I experimented with the amazing plasticity of clay and came ro recognize with new respect the caprice and generosity of the kiln gods.
